Crystal therapy can be as simple as wearing precious stones and minerals as bracelets and necklaces, placing crystals in the room where you work and sleep.

About Me

Sam is a healer, coach and mentor with experience working around the globe with individuals who are sick & tired of feeling sick & tired. Her extensive background in roles that support others inform her mindful, compassionate, and authentic approach to her work. Sam is fuelled by her passion for understanding the nuances of her clients unique situations and challenges and it is this passion that inspires hope in others that life can be better. She considers herself a ‘life long learner,’ and remains dedicated to developing her academic foundations in sociology, counselling, complimentary therapy, education and coaching to stay effective in the work she does with clients.

Sam also loves hugging trees, drawing, cross stitching, visiting stately homes, reading, laughing, making others laugh, writing, listening to music, playing the ukele, tooting a flute & banging a little drum she bought in Ireland on her 40th birthday. Her 40th was also the day she was proposed to in a cave at Blarney Castle!

On the phone, Zoom, Teams or if you prefer to email or text first, then let’s do that. The important thing is you talk to me about what brought you here and I’ll listen.


We talk again.

You were expecting step 2 to be sign up for something didn’t you? No, not always. Sharing what’s going on for you with someone who can listen attentively and provide a safe space will often lead to solutions.



I will support you to put together a concise plan of action that will see those solutions turn into a reality.
